Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is used to modify the impact resistance properties of PVC. Chlorinated Polyethylene deforms more easily than rigid PVC and stretches before breaking. Additionally, it maintains stretchability at low temperatures and has very low crystallinity.

Depending on the filler amount and required impact strength, P2-10 phr is suggested.
