Ultramarine Blue Pigment is essentially a three-dimensional aluminosilicate framework trapped with sodium ions and sulfur nodes. Like other mineral pigments, it possesses anti-corrosive properties, thermal stability, and lightfastness. It is used in the plastics industry, paint industry, printing inks, and paper dyeing. Compared to organic pigments, they are often opaque in terms of purity and color and have relatively high coverage.
